I figured I've been lurking on dA for long enough, and it was about time I posted up a journal and introduced my damn self.

I've been a DJ for the best part of 10 years, and photography and art have always just been hobbies of mine. Music is my true passion, I live and breathe it, and not a moment goes by where I'm not listening to music or making my own rhythms and beats... But increasingly I'm finding that I need the visual stimulation of art as much as the aural stimulation that music brings.

I've recently started a blog where I'll put up my mixes, tracks I'm enjoying, and anything else that's tickling my fancy. I did start putting some of my old mixes up on podOmatic, but quickly filled up the free space they offer, and don't think I can justify the extortionate yearly charges for extra upload space. You're welcome to take a look, though, and stream or download a few of those that I did manage to squeeze up! (click here)

Artwise, I enjoy various types and styles, and can't really pigeon-hole myself into one form or medium. Much like my musical taste, I suppose. Take a look through my favourites gallery to get an idea of what I'm currently into, though generally I take each piece on it's own merit and each are special in their own way.

I'll try my best to keep updating this journal, but you can always come find me over at my blog if you're missing me and haven't heard from me in a while!

I'll leave you with a link to the mix that started the whole push for the next level of my DJ career. I still listen to it with the same love for each track today, and wouldn't be where I am today without the recognition that it brought me.
